Resolution 20-1058 authorized the Environmental Department to purchase a truck under account 100-2040-5100 for $23,709 under Alabama Purchasing Contract #T191A Master Agreement #MA 999 16000000008 with Stivers Ford Lincoln. There was $26,000 budgeted in the FY20 budget. Due to production issues and COVID, this truck was not produced. There is one available truck meeting the specifications needed at the cost of $25,747 through Stivers Ford Lincoln. We are requesting an additional $2038 to purchase this truck.
