Walton Construction being the lowest responsible bidder for the base amount of $755,543.59. Resolution 19-1082 appropriated $750,000 for this project for Consulting fees ($94,432) and the construction cost (est. $654,877.50). We need an increase of $100,000.00 to complete the project (budget increase form attached).
