The Police Department's K-9 Division would like to renew the Ground Lease Agreement with Peace Lutheran Church. The current lease agreement of 5 years will expire August of 2020. Peace Lutheran Church has agreed to continue to allow the K-9 Division to use their property for a nominal fee of $1.00 per year in exchange for mowing the grass. (Tax Map Parcel No. 54-08-28-2-000-036.001: 8250 Roscoe Road, Gulf Shores, AL. 36542.) This renewal would be for a five-year term.
