WHEREAS, The Live Tree located in Heritage Park that has been used for years as the Christmas Tree is deteriorating fast and is no longer suitable for use.
WHEREAS, the Revitalization & Beautification Board has a need and has budgeted for a new artificial Christmas Tree for Heritage Park.
WHEREAS, there are three size options for the artificial tree to be purchased including 30 foot, 36 foot, and 40 foot.
