WHEREAS, There is a need to modify certain job titles and adjust the number of slots in two classifications within the Marketing Department to better represent the positions and duties. No other changes to the job classifications are being requested. This is a housekeeping item and is budget neutral.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes re-titling the "Part-Time Welcome Center Assistant" job title to "Part-Time Event Coordinator/Welcome Center Assistant".
SECTION 2: Authorizes re-titling the "Part-Time Depot Museum Attendant" to "Part-Time Museum Attendant" and increasing the number of slots in this classification from one (1) to three (3).
SECTION 3: Authorizes decreasing the number of slots in the Part-Time Welcome Center Aide classification from four (4) to two (2).
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
