NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Sets a public hearing to consider the rezoning of property owned by Grey Contracting of Greenville, LLC from R4- (Residential Single Family & Duplex) to R2-(Residential Single Family & Duplex).
Property is 10+/- acres located east of James Road and north of County Road 12 South.
Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
