Body

                     WHEREAS, the City of Foley, Alabama, has approved an Addressing Agreement between Baldwin County Emergency Communication District and the City of Foley, and

WHEREAS, the Baldwin County 9-1-1 GIS/Addressing Office Addressing Standards and Street Name Standards are being adopted to maintain a uniform system of addressing, and

WHEREAS, the City of Foley, Alabama hereby adopts the Standards as they currently exist and as may be modified from time to time in the future in order to maintain a uniform system of building numbers for all service locations requiring an address.

                     WHEREAS, the City of Foley, Alabama shall comply with the above noted Standards and Baldwin County 911 GIS/Addressing Office will be the authority on making the final decisions on addressing in the best interest of emergency response.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOLEY, ALABAMA while in regular session accepted the following:
