WHEREAS, Proposals were requested for Professional Services for the new Library Expansion, and
WHEREAS, We received a proposal from GeoCon Engineering & Materials Testing, Inc. for Geotechnical Services in the amount of $5,725.00, and
WHEREAS, We received a proposal from EDT-THA Architecture, LLC for Architectural Concept Plans in the amount of $500.00, and
WHEREAS, We received a proposal from GMC for Topographic Survey in the amount of $2,440.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the proposal from GeoCon Engineering & Materials Testing, Inc. for Geotechnical Services in the amount of $5,725.00.
SECTION 2: Accepts the proposal from EDT-THA Architecture, LLC for Architectural Concept Plans in the amount of $500.00.
SECTION 3. Accepts the proposal from GMC for Topographic Survey in the amount of $2,440.00.
SECTION 4: Appropriates funds in the amount of $8,665.00 under Account No. 400-5020-5101 R68 New Library PROF.
SECTION 5: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
