Summary
Donna Bolden with Angels of Hope Community Outreach Services is partnering with Feeding the Gulf Coast to host a food distribution event on November 20, 2021. The food truck for November will be larger because of Thanksgiving - they will also be providing turkeys - so they will need more space and some where that they can control traffic. They will distribute the food from 7:30am - 2:00pm. Donna will reach out to the Foley PD to get help with traffic control. Donna is requesting that all fees be waived.

WHEREAS, Donna Bolden with Angels of Hope Community Outreach Services is partnering with Feeding the Gulf Coast to host a food distribution event on November 20, 2021, and
WHEREAS, the food truck for November will be larger because of Thanksgiving - they will also be providing turkeys - so they will need more space and some where that they can control traffic, and
WHEREAS, they will distribute the food from 7:30am - 2:00pm, and
WHEREAS, Donna Bolden will reach out to the Foley PD to get help with traffic control, and
WHEREAS, Donna Bolden is requesting that all fees be waived for the use of Aaronville Park
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Aaronville Park for Donna Bolden with Angels of Hope Community Outreach Services in partnership with Feeding the Gulf Coast to host a food distribution event on November 20, 2021 from 7:30am - 2:00pm.at Aaronville Park.
