Andrea Overstreet and Faith Tabernacle UPC is requesting the use of Mel Roberts Park for a Community Church Fellowship on Sunday, October 31st (Halloween). They will be serving food that will be prepared off site at no charge to the public, they will have live music, and erect small tents for shade. They will also have a trunk or treat hayride if allowed. They are expecting up to 200 attendees. The event will be from 4:00pm - 7:30pm .
They are requesting all fees to be waived.

WHEREAS, Andrea Overstreet and Faith Tabernacle UPC is requesting the use of Mel Roberts Park for a Community Church Fellowship on Sunday, October 31st (Halloween), and
WHEREAS, they will be serving food that will be prepared off site at no charge to the public, they will have live music, and erect small tents for shade and

WHEREAS, they are requesting all fees to be waived.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Mel Roberts Park requested by Andrea Overstreet and Faith Tabernacle UPC on Sunday, October 31st from 4:00pm - 7:30pm.
