WHEREAS, Michelle Szidon with Acceptance Insurance is requesting to rent Heritage Park and Pavilion to host a Movie In the Park night for the kids in the community on Saturday, November 27, 2021, and
WHEREAS, they are planning to show the movie Polar Express from 7PM - 9PM and serve popcorn and drinks free of charge, and
WHEREAS, they will need electricity to power the projector and will use a regular projector screen, and
WHEREAS, they are requesting the use of the park from 6:00pm - 10:00pm (including setup and cleanup).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Michelle Szidon with Acceptance Insurance to rent Heritage Park and Pavilion to host a Movie In the Park night for the kids in the community on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 6:00pm - 10:00pm (including setup and cleanup) where they will serve popcorn and drinks free of charge.
