WHEREAS, on August 4, 2014, Foley City Council adopted Resolution 14-0322 creating the Graham Creek Nature Preserve Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, Mayor and Council wish to amend Section 3. of Resolution 14-0322 to state that six members of the Board will be selected by the Mayor at large and one member will be selected from District 3, and
WHEREAS, this amendment will be effective at the time of term expirations.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Section 3 of Resolution 14-0322 as stated above.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
