The Health Fair will include health seminars, food prep demos, health screening booths and kids games including a bouncer. They may also have some food/snacks. The Community Health Fair has been planned for Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 9:00am - 5:00pm. They are planning to use the open space across from the fire station. They have estimated 75 attendees.

WHEREAS, Pastor Marco Estrada with the Seventh-Day Adventist Church is requesting the use of Max Griffin Park to host a Community Health Fair, and

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Max Griffin Park requested by Pastor Marco Estrada with the Seventh-Day Adventist Church on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
