A Resolution to Approve a Variance for a Chocolate & Cheese Festival at Heritage Park
Summary
Lisa Yeater with Best Florida Fest is requesting to rent Heritage Park to host a Chocolate & Cheese Festival and is requesting a variance to allow alcohol to be sold during the event being held November 13, 2021. Lisa will rent Heritage Park 5 hours (Noon - 5PM) Friday, November 11th for set up and 12 (8am - 8Pm) hours November 12th for the event. There will be a $5.00 entrance fee. They will have food vendors, arts & Crafts, Kids Zone, Live Music, Food Court Tent, Beer, Wine & Chocolate Martinis. They will provide portable toilets. They will need 3/30-50 AMP for food or they can use their generators. They have been advised that they will to provide a copy of their business license, liability insurance, alcohol sales license and insurance, and they will need to have off duty police officers on site due to alcohol sales if the event is approved.
