This request for funds is to fully encircle the planting areas at the Pine and Laurel intersection with decorative retaining walls and to install irrigation and seasonal flower beds. They will be using Landscape Workhop to perform options 1 and 2 for $7,800. The remaining quoted work will be performed in-house. $252 will correct the negative account for a total of $8,052.
