WHEREAS, ALDOT will upgrade the equipment in the cabinets and at the intersections of Hwy 59 @ Riviera Blvd, Hwy 59 @ Michigan Ave, Hwy 59 @ FBE, Hwy 59 @ CR 20, Hwy 59 @ Azalea Ave, Hwy 59 @ Fern Ave and Hwy 59 @ Tanger Ave, for record purposes, and
WHEREAS, ALDOT is requesting new Agreements be executed for the upgrades.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes Mayor to sign new ALDOT Agreements for the cabinet equipment and intersection upgrades.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
