     WHEREAS,  We received a quote in the amount of $2302.00 from Riviera Utilities for the installation of a street light on Orange Ave. at the pedestrian crosswalk, west of the Walking Trail with a $30.25 monthly fee, and

 

     WHEREAS, Resolution 19-1387 approved a street light to be installed on the south end of the Rose Trail, but the monthly fee of $30.25 was not requested or approved. 

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

 

     SECTION 1:  Approves Riviera Utilities installing a street light on Orange Avenue at the pedestrian crosswalk, west of the Walking Trail.

 

     SECTION 2:  Approves installation fees of $2302.00 and amends Account No. 100-3020-6012,  and approves a $30.25 monthly fee for each street light, which is budgeted under Account No. 100-1012-6123.     

    

     SECTION 3:  This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
