WHEREAS, the Foley Sports and Recreation Director has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on Saturday, August 8, 2020 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm for Community Day event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: The use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Foley Sports and Recreation Department Director, David Thompson.
