WHEREAS, the Foley Fire Department has received a donation of a grain rescue tube kit valued at $3500 from Alabama Farmers Cooperative, and
WHEREAS, this donation is intended to support rescue efforts in the farming communities of south Baldwin County and can be deployed to rescue trapped victims in grain storage units.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts this donation of a grain rescue tube kit valued at $3500 from Alabama Farmers Cooperative, Inc.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
