A Resolution to Approve Program Administration for CDBG Aaronville Park Improvement Project

Summary
The City of Foley is applying to the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs (ADECA) for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds made available through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The project requires grant preparation services, and if funded, will require Program Administration Services and the City Council did solicit Requests for Proposals for Program Administration Services in accordance with applicable procurement laws, rules and regulations. The City did receive one (1) proposal from Grant Management, LLC for said services which was opened and reviewed and determined to be appropriate. The preparation and submission of the grant application will be provided at no cost to the City, and if the grant is awarded, the cost of the contract will not exceed percentages set by the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs Administration Fee Scale and will be paid for with grant funds.
