WHEREAS, the Foley Kiwanis Club has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on October 3, 2020 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for their Charity Poker Run event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by Foley Kiwanis Club on October 3, 2020.
