WHEREAS, OWA requests to host a tree lighting ceremony fireworks display beginning at 7:00 p.m. on November 16, 2019, and
WHEREAS, OWA will coordinate with the City of Foley Police and Fire Departments concerning all safety and traffic routes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
