WHEREAS, Engineering received a request for street lighting at 20801 Miflin Road, and
WHEREAS, Baldwin EMC submitted proposal for installation in the amount of $1,568.12 for existing pole #449 and $13.50 monthly service charge.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the installation of a street light on Baldwin EMC's existing pole #449 at 20801 Milfin Road.
SECTION 2: Approves a one-time installation charge of $1,568.12 under Account No. 100-3020-6012 and monthly fee of $13.50 under Account No. 100-1012-6123.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
