WHEREAS, the Environmental Dept. is requesting to contract with Payne Environmental to develop a Maintenance Plan Template for Stormwater Facilities for $3500.00, and
WHEREAS, the project was not budgeted, but there are available budget funds within the Environmental and Nature Parks Accounts.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of $2000.00 from Nature Parks Content Hosting Account No. 100-5090-6041 to Environmental Consulting Account No. 100-2040-6020 and approves the proposal with Payne Environmental Services.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
