WHEREAS, Summit Church may consider possible future renovations on to the existing building located at 22394 Miflin Road Suite 303-305 Foley, AL 36535, and
WHEREAS, Summit Church requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees to the minimum and allow Summit Church to pay the minimum Community Development fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees to the minimum for their potential future construction project located at 22394 Miflin Road Suite 303-305 Foley, AL 36535.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
