WHEREAS, The Roadway System Report 2019 Update includes the extension of South Pecan Street to Pride Drive, and
WHEREAS, CIEDA has engaged Sawgrass Consulting to design the adjacent RV Park, and
WHEREAS, The road extension will require ROW donated from CIEDA, and
WHEREAS, Utility mains for the RV Park will be designed by Sawgrass and placed within the donated ROW, and
WHEREAS, The Engineering Department recommends the City retain the same consultant to design the South Pecan Street Extension.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the professional services fee proposal from Sawgrass Consulting and appropriates $37,100 under Account No. 100-3020-6020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
