Anchor Point Church is requesting the City consider waiving building permits, land disturbance permits, zoning fees, engineering fees and environmental fees the the minimum for their construction project. The church is making renovations to the Victory LIfe Church that has been gifted to Anchor Point.

WHEREAS, Anchor Point Church is completing renovaations on to the existing building located at 20511 County Road 12 Foley, AL 36535, and

WHEREAS, Anchor Point Church requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees to the minimum and allow Anchor Point Church to pay the minimum Community Development fees.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

SECTION 1:                     Approves waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees to the minimum for their construction project located at 20511 County Road 12 Foley, AL 36535. 

SECTION 2:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
