WHEREAS, Southside Baptist Church, located at 323 W. Michigan Street is wanting to have a bigger sign placed in a different location, and

           WHEREAS, Southside Baptist Church requests the City consider waiving the $150.00 Board of Adjustment and Appeals fee for a setback variance and waiving fees to the minimum for the sign permit.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

                         SECTION 1:                     Approves waiving the $150.00 Board of Adjustment and Appeals fee for a setback variance and waiving fees to the minimum for the sign permit for Southside Baptist Chuirch located at 323 W. Michigan Avenue Foley, Alabama 36535.

 

SECTION 2:                     This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
