WHEREAS, the City of Foley has identified a need to mitigate the growing cat population, and
WHEREAS, the Foley Animal Control Program operates a trap neuter release program, and
WHEREAS, the Foley Animal Control Program has requested funding to start up the Foley trap neuter release program.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves a one time donation of $4,000 to the Foley Animal Care and Control Program under account 100-1011-6052.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
