WHEREAS, The City of Foley Community Development Department is moving to another building;
WHEREAS, The Community Development does not have funds budgeted for this purpose;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves funding up to $20,000 to be placed in the Building/Ground Maintenance account #100-2030-6010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
