The brick steps at the Heritage Park Gazebo need to ne reconstructed to extend across the entire south side. This will allow the gazebo serve as a stage for events. We will add a concrete landing for the steps and remove the railings on each side to allow for better veiwing of events.

WHEREAS, The Heritage Park Gabezo Steps need to be redesigned to allow the gazebo to be used as a stage for events.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Heritage Park Gazebo Step Redesign Project and appropriates up to $30,000.00 under Account No. 400-3020-5145 Heritage Park Gazebo Steps.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
