The Horticulture Department is in need of a metal building at their facility located on the north side of Fern Ave. for office/storage and such. There will be provisions for bathroom and breakroom plumbing breakout in the concrete floor. The building will be designed and permitted for shed roofs to be added at a later date. The interior columns will have bolt plates to receive the shed roof framing. No electrical is included at this time. We will be asking for additional funding in the FY20 budget for the interior walls, etc. We are asking for $35,000 for the building and advertising costs.
