WHEREAS, current projections show that the revenue and expense accounts for commercial dumpster service need to be adjusted based on activity to date and certain other factors which will result in a positive case flow of $12,704.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: That Dumpster Service revenue account 100-4010-4401 be increased $69,630 for a revised budget of $924,630.
SECTION 2: That the related expense recorded in Commercial Waste Removal account 100-4010-6164 be increased by $56,926 for a revised budget of $716,926.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
