WHEREAS, Forward Church has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on June 7, 2020 from 1:30 pm until 8:30 pm for a concert.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by The Baldwin Pops on June 7, 2020
