A Resolution Waiving Fees for the Use of Heritage Park and Pavilion for a Back to School Bash.
Summary
Alec Barnett with the NAACP is requesting the use of the Heritage Park and Pavilion on July 27, 2019 from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm for their Back to School Bash. They will be distributing backpacks and school supplies to those in need. The event will also include a performance by a gospel choir, motivation speakers, an appearance by WGOK radio and food. They respectfully request that the fees for the park and pavilion be waived.

WHEREAS, the NAACP has requested the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion at no charge on July 27, 2019 from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm for their Back to School Bash.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of Heritage Park and Pavilion requested by the NAACP on July 27, 2019.
