NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Declares the Street Maintenance Equip# 3012079 (Old# 07079) - 2003 New Holland Boom Bower, A-Boom - SER# 1937- Asset# 5442 as surplus and approves the disposal of it through JM Wood Auction in Montgomery, AL .
