WHEREAS, Oasis Church is remodeling the building located at 122 County Road 20 Foley, AL 36535, and
WHEREAS, Oasis Church requests that the City waive or reduce the permit fees to the minimum and allow theCalvary Chapel Fellowship of Foley to pay the minimum Community Development fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving all but the minimum Community Development Department fees to the minimum for their remodeling project located at 122 County Road 20, Foley, AL 36535 .
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
