Summary
Foley Sports Tourism needs a press box for its championship field due to a contractual obligation. The press box will be used for any college championship we host including Sunbelt, SEC, NAIA, and NJCAA. We are requesting to postpone the restrooms at Cedar Street and allocate it full amount of money from the capital plan ($80,000) for the pressbox.

WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism needs a press box,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the allocation of $80,000 to Capital Project 400-5042-5101 Press Box-Championship Field and amends the account, accordingly.
SECTION 2: Approves going to bid on any components as required by state law.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
