WHEREAS, The corners of Pine Street and Highway 98 are in need for improvements because of heavy rainfalls.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates up to $25,000 under Account No. 400-3020-5142 R42 CONST and DOP for Pine Street and Hwy. 98 corner improvements.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
