A Resolution to Approve Additional Funding on the Incinerator Project.

 

Summary

The Police Department request an additional $407 on the incinerator project, to cover an additional section of pipe, 4ft. steel pipe 6 inches in diameter, to extend the smoke stack past the roof of the gazebo. An aluminum cap to go on the end of the smoke stack is also needed to complete the Incinerator Project.

     WHEREAS,     Resolution 18-1071 approved $14,910.00 for the purchase and construction of an incinerator for the police department, and

 

     WHEREAS,     There was an overage on the project and an additional $407 is needed in order to complete the project.

 

     NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:

   

     SECTION 1:     Memoralizes the additional cost of the project and amends account # 400-2010-5101 Police Incinerator by an increase of $407.

     SECTION 2:    This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
