WHEREAS, There is standing water along the southwest corner of the Intersection of East Azalea Avenue and S Pecan Street along the existing sidewalks, and
WHEREAS, Public Works Department has reviewed the planned improvements to construct a concrete valley gutter across Azalea Avenue and is scheduled to complete the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Azalea Avenue Drainage Improvement Project, to be completed by Public Works Department, and appropriates up to $7,500 under Account No. 400-3020-5102 A19 Azalea Drainage Improvements.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
