NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Foley City May 9, 2019 to set a public hearing to consider passage of an ordinance approving petition for annexation and bringing property in the Corporate Limits of the City of Foley and to consider Planning Commission's recommendation for initial zoning of 34 +/- acres as R-1D (Residential Single Family) owned by Majestic Manor, LLC.
