WHEREAS, BurKleinpeter, LLC. submitted a proposal for Task 1, professional engineering services for the FBE/CR12 offset left turn lanes construction project, and
WHEREAS, The proposal included Task 2, professional engineering services for intersection and signal upgrade improvements in the amount of $88,200.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Burk-Kleinpeter, LLC.'s proposal for professional engineering services for the FBE/CR12 offset left turn lanes construction project.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $88,200 for Task 2, professional engineering services for intersection and signal upgrade improvements under Account No.400-3020-5139 R41 CONST.
SECTION 3: Authorizes Mayor Koniar to execute the agreement with Burk-Kleinpeter, LLC for professional engineering services contingent upon ALDOT approval.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
