WHEREAS, The City of Foley Senior Center has a need and has budgeted for a passenger van, and
WHEREAS, Senior Center requests to transfer additional funds to go towards the van purchase.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves to go to bid and purchase the budgeted passenger van under account 100-5070-5100 for an amount not to exceed $28,000.
SECTION 2: Approves the transfer of $3,000.00 from account # 100-5070-6032 (Vehicle Maintenance) to account # 100-5070-5100 (Capital Purchase)
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
