WHEREAS, Sawgrass Consulting, LLC submitted a proposal for survey and design and inspection services for the Resurfacing Project throughout the City of Foley, and
WHEREAS, We estimate the amount needed for paving as $654,877.50.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Sawgrass Consulting, LLC's proposal in the amount of $94,432.00.
SECTION 2: Appropriates funds for FY19 Resurfacing Project in the amount of $750,000.00 under Account No. 400-3020-6197 A13 PHVIII.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
