WHEREAS, on February 22, 2019, the City of Foley received a Business License Application for Wonderfully Hempful at 3790 South McKenzie Street and,
WHEREAS, the business activities listed for the business include "Retail sale of CBD products ranging from candles, candies, concentrates, lotions, etc." and,
WHEREAS, because of the nature of this business, the Revenue Officer respectfully requests Mayor and Council decide the Approval or Denial of the Business License Application.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Business License Application submitted for Wonderfully Hempful.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
