APPROVES AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY OF FOLEY
2008 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND FUTURE LAND USE MAP
WHEREAS, on June 2, 2008 the City of Foley adopted Resolution 3380-08 approving Barge, Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Inc. proposed comprehensive master plan and land use plan, and
WHEREAS, from time to time it is necessary to update the Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use map and the City of Foley Planning Commission has reviewed this plan and recommends that Mayor and Council accept the 2019 SE Quadrant Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama:
Section 1: Accepts Planning Commission’s proposed amendments to the City of Foley 2008 Comprehensive Land Use Plan and is made a part of this resolution upon its adoption.
