NOW THEREOFRE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama in a Special Called Council meeting of March 4th, 2019 formally accepts the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) ending September 30, 2018 along with Warren Averett, LLC's (Warren Averett O'Sullivan Creel Division) letter concerning the firm's opinion of the audit results. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
