WHEREAS, ALDOT is requesting the City take over maintenance of the traffic signal at Hwy 59 and Keller.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves ALDOT's Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement for maintenance of the traffic signal at State Road 59 and Keller Road.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
