Bill Patterson was the sole bidder in the amount of $799,950.00 and Council approved by Resolution 18-1320 which included Alternate 1 for the addition of a left turn lane from Hickory Street onto 9th Avenue. This Resolution will approve the award of Alternate 2 to add a left turn lane from 9th Avenue into the proposed school entrance. The Baldwin County Board of Education has agreed to make a $36,081.54 contribution, which is 50% of the Alternate 2 cost of $72,163.08.
